		<description>The Earl of Tamal, a great Aztec warrior, first started wrapping pork meat in cooked masa inside a corn husk.  He took this wrapped food into battle with him and it soon gained popularity with other Aztec warriors.   And that is how the &quot;tamal&quot; got it&#039;s name.</description>
