Advocacy group: Dozens of Iranian-Americans detained at U.S-Canada border

Dozens of Iranians and Iranian-Americans were detained for hours at the Washington state-Canada border over the weekend, a Muslim rights and advocacy group said. NFL arranges private workout for free-agent QB Colin Kaepernick

The NFL has scheduled a private workout for free-agent quarterback Colin Kaepernick on Saturday in Atlanta that all teams are permitted to attend. League sources told ESPN and NFL Media on Tuesday that Kaepernick's public session will include on-field work and an interview. Major L.A. fire forces residents to seek shelter for 2nd night

Tiger Woods wins Zozo Championship, ties PGA Tour wins record

Tiger Woods tied Sam Snead's record for the most wins in PGA Tour history by winning the 2019 Zozo Championship in Chiba, Japan, on Monday. Report predicts record U.S. holiday shopping sales of $143B

Projected sales figures indicate shoppers may spend their way to a new record economic level this holiday season, which begins Friday. Remain in Mexico’ immigration policy expands along Texas border

Trump administration has expanded a controversial immigration policy to another Texas port of entry. The Migrant Protection Protocols is now in effect in the Maverick County town of Eagle Pass, which borders the Mexican state of Coahuila.
